Before activating your Card, please make sure that you have the following details available:-

  • Name and address details of any additional card holders.
  • Two of the following registered in your name: Home telephone/Driving licence/electricity number/Electoral Roll or a scanned copy or photocopy of the photo page of your passport.
  • Call Customer Care for information on how to activate your card if you do not have any of these documents.
  • Your chosen method of payment: credit/debit card*, SMS or Tuxedo Voucher.
